Shipping policy

Everything is made by hand in our Glasgow studio, so please allow a little time for your order to be created before it ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in future.

Turnaround time

Personalised items are made to order. Our current turnaround is typically 5–10 working days before dispatch, though this may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas. Estimated turnaround is shown on each product page.

For "You Supply" orders, turnaround begins from the day your item arrives at our studio, not from the date you placed the order.

Delivery costs

  • Standard UK delivery — charged at checkout based on your order.
  • Complimentary UK delivery on orders over £50.

We send parcels via Royal Mail. Tracked options are available at checkout.

Sending your item to us

If you are sending us an item to be embroidered, or having one delivered to us directly from a retailer, please note:

  • We will email you our studio address once your order is placed.
  • Please include your full name and order number inside the parcel.
  • Postage to our studio is at your own cost.
  • We strongly recommend a tracked and insured service. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
  • If you are having an item sent directly from a retailer, please make sure your name and order number are included in the delivery note or gift message where possible, and email us to let us know it is coming.

Once your order ships

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email. If you selected a tracked service, your tracking number will be included.

Please allow the full delivery window before contacting us about a delayed parcel. Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once dispatched, and we cannot offer a refund for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
