However you shop with us, every piece is finished by hand in our Glasgow studio.
You Supply
Send us something you own, or have it shipped to us directAlready have something special — a jumper, a tote, a christening gown, a baby blanket? Send it to our studio and we'll embroider it for you, then post it straight back. You're paying for the embroidery itself, not the base item. This also works if you’ve bought something elsewhere — order a hoodie from Amazon, a babygrow from another shop, or anything you like, and have it delivered directly to our studio. We’ll personalise it and post the finished piece on to you.

Post your own item to us, or have it delivered straight from the retailer — either way, once you've placed your order we'll email you our studio address and simple instructions.

It's essential that you include your full name and order number inside the parcel. This information is how we identify your item when it arrives — without it, we may not be able to process or return your piece promptly.
